 The problem
## Why websites stall *inside* companies.

### The agency retainer

- Every small change goes through an account manager and a junior
- The annual budget is consumed by overhead, not work
- Mandatory compliance training for contractors eats hours you paid for

### The IT queue

- Marketing requests sit behind infrastructure tickets
- Nobody owns WordPress, so nobody updates it
- Security reviews happen after launch, when it’s expensive

### The MarTech tangle

- Marketo forms, 6sense, GTM, OneTrust, Greenhouse: each has an owner, none has a developer
- Gated content needs landing pages nobody has time to build
- Tracking breaks on every redesign

### The AI question

- Leadership asks whether ChatGPT recommends the company
- The site has no structured data and blocks half the AI crawlers
- The blog hasn’t published in months

 What you get
## One senior lead, *plugged into your stack.*

### A named senior developer

The person on the call is the person doing the work. Twelve years of WordPress, a decade of agency delivery, now with AI-assisted speed.

### Your MarTech, wired properly

Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, 6sense smart-fill, GTM dataLayer events, GA4, OneTrust consent and DSAR, Greenhouse job feeds. Built from your existing IDs, tested end to end.

### Code in your GitHub

Theme and integrations in a repository your organisation owns, with an automated security audit shared with IT before launch.

### WCAG 2.2 AA and performance

Accessibility and Core Web Vitals treated as acceptance criteria, documented for the audit your compliance team will ask for.

### Hosting that takes strain off IT

WP Engine with 24/7 support and our agency-partner escalation, or managed flat-file hosting for sites that don’t need WordPress.

### AI-ready from day one

MawGeo structured data, crawler access and citation analytics ship with every build, so the “does AI know about us” question has an answer.

 Vendor onboarding, handled
## We’ve been through *procurement* before.

Everything your legal, finance and security teams usually ask for, ready before they ask.

### Canadian vendor, US-ready

W-8BEN-E on file for US clients, IRS filings current, state tax filed where we work.

### NDA, MSA and SOW

We sign your paper. SOWs are written to match your MSA so legal doesn’t bounce them.

 Questions marketing teams ask
## Before we *start.*

How is this different from hiring an agency?

You get the senior developer directly, without the account layer. Estimates are written against your budget so you can see exactly what a dollar buys, and small changes are handled inside a care plan instead of a change order.

Can you work with our existing agency?

Yes, and often do. Many of our projects are the development half of an agency’s design and content work. We fit into their process or yours.

Our IT team will want to review the code and hosting.

Good. The theme lives in your GitHub, the security audit is shared before launch, and we document the hosting, backup and access setup for their review. We’ve been through cybersecurity reviews at companies with dedicated security architects.

Do you do the content and design too?

We bring in a designer and writers from a small trusted bench when a project needs them, and we can revise provided content to fit the design. For net-new content, the Granite or a partner writer.

What does a typical first project look like?

A site rebuild, a migration to WP Engine, or taking over maintenance of an existing site. Each starts with a short discovery and a fixed quote.

## Ready to move beyond *theme limitations?*

We’ll review your current setup and map out a build, migration or AI-visibility plan in a free 30-minute call.
