## Discovery-first, *fixed price* after.

### Discovery and test scrape

A short paid discovery: we crawl the current site, pull a sample of pages and media, inspect the backend with your admin, and list every content type and integration.

**Deliverables**

- Content inventory with counts
- Risk list (privacy leaks, broken links, storage)
- Firm fixed quote for the migration

### Extraction

Custom scrapers or database exports pull every page, post, file, image and structured record. Nothing is re-keyed by hand.

### Rebuild on a maintainable framework

## Migrations, answered.

Will we lose search rankings?

A migration done without a redirect map and content parity usually does. Ours start with a full crawl of the old site, map every URL, keep titles and metadata, and log 404s after launch so anything missed is fixed within days.

Our old CMS has no export. Can you still get the content?

Yes. We write scrapers that pull pages, media and structured data directly from the rendered site or the admin. You receive the complete archive even if you never rebuild.

Can you move us from another agency without drama?

That is a common starting point. We ask for admin and hosting access, document what exists, and keep the current site live until the new one is verified. We don’t need the previous agency’s cooperation, only your access.

Do you handle the hosting move?

Yes: WP Engine set-up under your account, DNS cutover with your IT team, SSL, staging and backups. For flat-file sites, our managed Grav hosting or your server.
