We try to keep it accurate, but it is not a contract and may change without notice. Case studies describe work as it was delivered; results for your project will depend on your site, content and goals. Client names and logos appear only with permission. Agency clients are not named. ## Engagements Development, migration, care-plan and AI-service work is governed by a signed agreement, not by this page. In outline: - **Scope and price.** Projects are quoted against a written scope. Changes that move the timeline are confirmed in writing, with cost, before work starts. - **Payment.** A deposit is invoiced at signing; the balance on milestones or at launch as set out in the agreement. Care plans are billed monthly. - **Ownership.** Code written for you is yours on payment, delivered in a repository you own. Third-party licences (plugins, fonts, hosting) remain with their vendors. - **Confidentiality.** We sign NDAs and non-solicit agreements and never name or contact an agency’s clients without consent. - **Warranty.** We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Ongoing updates and security are covered by a care plan. - **Liability.** Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
